About the role In this role, your duties as a Medical Administrator will include but not be limited to:
communicating with patients in a skilled and timely manner
managing and processing accounts
assisting with bookkeeping duties
supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice
collaborating with team members to ensure smooth running of the practice
providing general administrative support as required.

Essentials we're looking for
Full Australian working rights (role is Melbourne-based)
Min. 2 years administration experience or similar
Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel,



Outlook etc.)
Availability for 9 - 5 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
Flexibility to cover vacation leave where needed
Familiarity with computerised billing programs in a medical field an advantage.
