Charge Hands are provided with a company vehicle,



fuel card, phone allowance and laptop as part of their leadership role.

Successful applicants will have a relevant trade qualification and demonstrated industry experience, ideally within the marine or industrial sectors. The ability to work independently, communicate effectively and maintain a solid commitment to safety and quality are essential.

For Leading Hand and Charge Hand roles, proven leadership experience will be highly regarded.
