About the Role:

As our Manufacturing Manager at Huntingwood , you’ll take ownership of production performance and lead strategic initiatives that enhance safety, quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Lead daily line performance (Safety, Quality, OEE, Yield)
Coach & develop frontline leaders (60+ direct team)
Drive site safety culture & compliance initiatives
Identify & deliver CI and cost improvement projects
Partner with Quality, Safety & Ops on key priorities
Execute site operations plan & performance targets

FMCG or fast-paced production environment experience
