Title: Maintainer Fitter – Fixed Plant Maintenance

Start Date: ASAP

Roster: 8:6 FIFO Roster – Days Only* (Will have one swing of nights every 4 – 5 swings)

Duration: 3 months with high potential for ongoing works

Location: Mine FIFO – Process Plant

Pay rate: $75 – 85/h Flat rate (Depending on experience) Super on all hours

Duties
Complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance inspections including but not limited to break down maintenance on crusher, screen conveyors and balance machines
General fitting duties
Assisting with plant clean up
Complete daily inspections of Process Plant equipment and report on its condition
Ensure adequate materials and supplies are available to effectively perform the required tasks and ensure works are completed in compliance with Safety Policies and Procedures

Skills and Experience:
Experience with pump overhauls, including mechanical seals, pipe change outs, valve change outs, and screen panel change outs




General Fixed Plant maintenance experience
Hydraulic systems experience

Qualifications & Tickets:
Trade Qualified Fitter (Mandatory)
Confined Space
Working at Heights
EWP
Dogging
White Card
