Essential Requirements
Proven experience in a busy, high-volume restaurant.
Strong food, beverage, and wine service knowledge.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Professional presentation and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

For Supervisor & Manager Roles
Demonstrated leadership experience within a restaurant environment.




Ability to lead and inspire a team while maintaining high service standards.
Solid organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
