Position Summary Springwood School is seeking a passionate, faith-driven History Teacher for grades 7–10. The ideal candidate will engage students through meaningful instruction, encourage critical thinking, and integrate a Christian worldview while preparing students for the academic expectations of high school.

Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging history and social studies instruction.
Foster critical thinking through historical analysis, discussion, and research.
Maintain a positive, structured classroom workplace.




Integrate Christian values into daily instruction.
Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs.
Utilize educational technology and FACTS for grading and communication.
Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate with faculty.
Participate in school activities and contribute to campus life.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in History, Social Studies Education, or a related field
Teaching certification
Teaching experience preferred.
Robust communication and organizational skills.
Successful completion of a background check.
