Fitter – Level 2

We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Fitter – Level 2 to join our client’s team in Pakenham, VIC.

.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with solid mechanical and fitting experience who can work confidently with tools, equipment and mechanical components.

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out fitting, assembly and mechanical maintenance work
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Read and interpret basic mechanical drawings and instructions
Assist with repairs, adjustments and equipment maintenance
Identify and report mechanical issues
Work alongside other trades and workshop staff
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

About You:
Previous fitting, mechanical or workshop experience
Positive understanding of mechanical equipment and tools
Able to work with minimal supervision
Robust attention to detail and safety
Reliable and physically capable
Positive communication and teamwork skills
Relevant trade qualification or experience is preferred
