The Role You’ll Be Responsible For
Supervise and coordinate a team of HD Mechanics and servicepersons
Schedule, allocate, and monitor maintenance tasks




Drive safety and compliance through effective leadership and field presence
Lead preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing on fleet of D11 dozers, 830E & 793 Dump Trucks, EX5600 Excavators, 24M Graders, WA1200 Loaders and 785 & 777 Water Trucks
Support planning, breakdown response, and continuous improvement initiatives
Accurate recording and reviewing of maintenance data via AMT
Maintain detailed maintenance records and ensure reporting accuracy

What You'll Need
Trade-qualified in relevant mechanical field (Diesel Fitter / Plant Mechanic or similar)
Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in an open-cut mining environment
S26 Statutory Supervisor qualification
HR driver’s licence preferred
Strong working knowledge of CAT surface mobile equipment
Ability to lead a team, communicate professionally, and liaise confidently with clients and management
Clean shaven or willing to wear a PAPR mask as required
