Marketing Execution and Operations Lead

They’re now looking for a passionate and energetic Marketing Execution and Operations Lead to partner closely with the Regional Head of B2B Marketing to bring key initiatives and campaigns to life.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll sit right at the centre of execution - making sure marketing activity is delivered, measured, and continuously improved.
Deliver and coordinate regional marketing campaigns end-to-end
Support campaign execution through HubSpot
Build reporting and dashboards that actually tell a story
Work closely with sales and branch teams to ensure marketing supports real commercial outcomes




Bring structure and consistency to how marketing gets delivered
Support events, activations, and sponsorships with some of Australia and Recent Zealand's most recognisable sports teams

What you bring: You’re someone who enjoys the detail - but always keeps one eye on the bigger commercial picture.
7+ years in B2B marketing activation , CRM or performance marketing
Experience with HubSpot
Confidence in reporting, analytics, and campaign performance
A solid understanding of promotions, trade marketing, and commercial drivers
Ability to juggle multiple campaigns without dropping the ball
Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams
