The exciting opportunity
Permanent full-time role working Monday – Friday from 7am – 3pm
Manage the day-to-day maintenance of our two-storey 50-bed aged care home in Vaucluse
Responsible for minor carpentry, plumbing and electrical tasks
Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance tasks across buildings, equipment, and grounds
Respond promptly to maintenance requests, handling minor repairs and escalating complex issues

About you
Proven experience in building, property, or facility maintenance, ideally in aged care
Hands on, proactive, respectful, and with robust time management and organisational skills
Friendly, adaptable and delivers excellent customer service
NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Clearance and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
Working rights in Australia and an unrestricted driver's license
