At O’Neills Tyre & Autocare, we are growing and looking for an energetic and customer-focused Service Advisor / Salesperson to join our team.

About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the store. This position involves customer service, booking management, quoting tyres and mechanical work, and coordinating workflow between the workshop and front office.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
Booking vehicles for tyres, wheel alignments, mechanical repairs, and inspections
Preparing quotes and explaining repairs or recommendations to customers
Coordinating workshop workflow with technicians
Managing phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries
Processing invoices, payments, and purchase orders
Following up customer approvals and updating job progress
Maintaining accurate job cards and service records
Assisting with stock control and supplier orders when required
Helping maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in an automotive, tyre, or service advisor role preferred
Robust communication and people skills
Good computer and administration skills
Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment
Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Knowledge of tyres, wheel alignments, and general mechanical services is highly regarded
