About our Client:

Our client is a well-established national law firm with a genuinely specialist litigation and property practice out of Queensland. The Gold Coast and Brisbane offices bring together 14 plus fee earners including three partners and two special counsel, with a strong reputation and referral network built through industry sponsorship, regular seminars and an active Gold Coast caseload.

The Position:

You will work across:
Construction disputes
Equity matters
Defamation
Breach of contract
Property damage claims




Body corporate and strata litigation, including a high volume of cost disclosure work

What You'll Bring:
Substantial litigation experience at Senior Counsel or Partner level, 10 plus years PAE in private practice
Experience across construction, property or body corporate and strata disputes highly regarded, though not essential for the right litigator willing to learn
For the Partner pathway, a proven ability to grow a practice and develop client relationships, with strong leadership and supervision skills
For the Senior Counsel pathway, a strong personal billing record and the ability to manage files independently
Queensland admission, or eligibility for
