We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Business Services Officer to play a critical role in supporting our accounting team. This is a true administration role—focused on enabling our accountants to do their best work while ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

About the Role

This is a key support role within our firm where no two days are the same. You’ll be the backbone of our operations—keeping things running smoothly, supporting accountants, and delivering exceptional client service.

You will:
Provide high-level administrative support to accountants to keep workflow moving
Coordinate client jobs, documentation and internal process
Act as a central point of support between clients and the accounting team
Assist with lodgements, correspondence, and practice management systems
Support process improvement and adapt to new systems and technologies
