The successfulSeniorAccount Manager will have4-5 yearsagency-side advertisingor creativeagency experience,and be a fantastic relationship builder. Your primary role as theSeniorAccountManager willbe building and maintainingclient relationships, driving recent and organic business growth,and working with internalteams to develop epic advertising campaigns.

You’re a strategicthinker, have an eye for detail, and work well withcreatives.Supporting the CreativeDirector& Head of Client Services, this is an integral hire for thisagency.

This role would suit anAMready to step up, or a newly-appointed SAM seeking a recent challenge!

The Opportunity:
Support the Managing Director,



Creative Director & AccountDirector to develop and roll-out creative advertising campaigns
Work with internalteams (creative, social, production) to establish budgets, scope, and project plans
Brief internalteams on the development, implementation, and reporting of campaigns(ATL)
Work with the AD to establishbudgets and financial forecasting
Contribute to recent and organic business development
Work closely with the socialmedia team to manage paid and organic channels, plus reporting
Issues management and troubleshooting
Manage and mentor junior staff

You:
Currently live in Melbourne and have full working rights
Have4-5years of advertising or creative agency experience
Describe yourself as a strategic thinker who can delivercreativestrategies and monthly plans to an agency standard
Have high-level knowledge of social channels (predominantly Facebook, Ins
