Experience using commercial grade knives
Proven ability to follow detailed make-guides and recipes
Solid work ethic and flexibility to work alone or as part of a small team
Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Preferred: A minimum of 6 months food handling experience.
Needed 24hr per week / 3 days
