We are currently seeking an experienced Leading Hand / Finishing Foreman for fit out and commercial projects across Brisbane, with current sites in West End, Moorooka and Northgate. You will oversee small crews, assist with finishing works, coordinate labour on‑site, order materials when needed and jump in on the tools or labour when required. Immediate starts available for the right candidate.

SKILLS &

EXPERIENCE - Leading Hand or Finishing Foreman experience - Commercial fit out and finishing experience - Leading small crews and coordinating site activities - Ordering materials and liaising with supervisors/trades - Happy to labour and assist trades when needed - Confident using hand and power tools - Solid understanding of site safety WHAT YOU’LL GET - $40-$50 per hour + super - Travel and meal allowances - Overtime rates paid - Weekly pay - Ongoing work with permanent prospects KEY REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY - White Card - Full Australian working rights - Previous commercial construction experience - Reliable transport and PPE - Solid communication skills
