XPower is seeking an experienced Horizontal Directional Driller / Tracker to join our growing civil team. This role supports major utility and infrastructure works, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and professionalism on site.

We operate Vermeer and Tracto directional drills and are looking for someone who takes pride in both their work and the image they present on site — personally and with plant and equipment.

About the Role

• HDD drilling and tracking on civil and utility projects

• Operating Vermeer and Tracto drills

• Working as part of a qualified, safety‑focused crew

• Delivering high‑quality work without compromising safety standards

• Maintaining clean, well‑presented plant and work areas

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Horizontal Driller and/or Tracker

• HR truck licence – essential

• VESI training – desirable

• Solid commitment to safety, quality, and site standards





• Pride in personal presentation and plant condition

• Experience working around live services

• Reliable, team‑focused attitude

Desirable (but not essential)

• Additional civil construction skills (excavator, vacuum truck, asphalt, reinstatement, etc.)

• Experience working in rural areas

• Ability to assist across broader civil scopes when required
