Responsibilities

The Scaled Growth Agency Marketing team, a part of Global Business Marketing (GBM), partners closely with the Independent Agency Sales to drive growth and retention across our managed agency portfolio. This role focuses on agency expansion - helping existing agencies deepen their investment in TikTok and unlock current revenue opportunities through scalable marketing programs, and agency acquisition - bringing in new agencies into TikTok's advertising ecosystem. The geographical scope for this role is focused on China Outbound (CNOB) - partnering closely with agencies that work with outbound businesses based in China that are exclusively looking to grow their business globally. The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies that will accelerate agency growth on TikTok,



which includes driving advertiser penetration within existing agencies, enabling existing agencies to acquire new clients through TikTok-first programs, and increasing the portfolio of current agencies actively trained and skilled on TikTok ads. The scope includes building scalable engagement programs, delivering persona-based education, positioning TikTok as a creative-led performance engine, and supporting executive-level thought leadership initiatives. This is a highly cross-functional individual contributor role requiring close collaboration with Sales, Marketing Solutions, PMM, Product, and regional teams to influence agency stakeholders from media buyers to managing directors and CEOs
