We have an exciting chance for a Life Insurance Administration Manager to join our Advice business. Reporting to the Insurance Team Lead, you will oversee the delivery of a centralised insurance administration service that supports advisers and clients nationally. This role is responsible for managing workflows, maintaining administration standards and ensuring the efficient implementation of insurance applications and claims through to completion. You will act as a key support partner to Advice teams, Risk Specialists and insurers while driving consistency, accuracy and service excellence across all insurance administration activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operation and workflow management of the Life Insurance Administration function
Ensure efficient implementation and completion of insurance applications in line with documented procedures
Support Advice teams with insurance administration
