To capture the booming clean energy opportunities, we are strengthening our Melbourne-based Oceania team.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager based in Melbourne, VIC, to oversee end-to-end local human resource operations, employment compliance, vendor governance and employee relations for our Australia & Oceania region.

Responsibilities
Manage full lifecycle HR outsourcing vendors including payroll, tax, insurance and visa services, and establish standardized KPI assessment and cost control systems.
Support daily people operations, retain healthy employee relations,



and assist in regional team stability and talent development.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above; Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related disciplines preferred.
Minimum 3 years of end-to-end HR working experience; overseas HR experience is highly preferred.
Familiar with full-cycle HR operations and vendor management; solid knowledge of Australian local employment laws and compliance requirements is a robust advantage.
Fluent in written and spoken English for independent local stakeholder communication and document handling.
Robust systematic thinking, negotiation skills, cost awareness, and result-oriented execution under multi-task pressure.
