As the HR Manager , reporting directly to the Director, you will play a key role in building, supporting, and maintaining a solid and compliant workforce. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment , ensuring the organisation meets NDIS compliance and quality standards, overseeing HR policies and procedures , and managing company assets . You will support a respectful,



person-centred workplace culture while ensuring compliance, governance, and best-practice HR processes across the organisation.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a sound understanding of NDIS requirements, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to people management, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
Strong understanding of NDIS compliance and regulatory requirements
Experience managing company assets and internal systems
Ability to develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures
High attention to detail with a strong compliance and governance focus
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and report directly to the Director

Certifications
Certificate IV in Human Resource Management or
Diploma of Human Resource Management
