We’re building our foundation team for 24fit Naracoorte , and we’d love you to be part of it.

With our Naracoorte club expected to open in mid-August , this is your opportunity to help launch a brand-new gym and shape the member experience from day one.

About the Role

As part of our Gym Crew, you’ll be the heartbeat of our daily operations.

You’ll
Deliver an exceptional, welcoming member experience
Support members on the gym floor
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Ensure equipment is safe, functional and well cared for
Contribute to a fun, positive and team-first culture

This is a casual position , with hours to be confirmed closer to opening. There is strong opportunity for growth as the club establishes and expands.

Skills & Experience
Certificate III in Fitness (or working towards) preferred
Friendly, approachable and confident engaging with members
Robust communication skills
High attention to detail and pride in maintaining standards
Availability for versatile shifts (mornings, evenings and weekends)
First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
