Front of House (FOH)

Wolf Cafe & Eatery is looking for an experienced Front of House team member to join our team.

Key responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service
Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and qualified manner
Taking customer orders and processing payments
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
Working efficiently in a quick-paced setting
Supporting the team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Front of House team member in a busy café or restaurant is essential.
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Reliable, punctual and well presented
Availability to work weekdays and weekends
