About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Front-of-House Manager to lead our customer service team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily front-of-house operations.
Lead, train, and motivate the customer service team.
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
Manage staff rosters and ensure adequate shift coverage.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor inventory and assist with ordering front-of-house supplies.
Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and company policies.
Requirements
Previous experience in a Front-of-House supervisory or management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Robust problem-solving and organisational skills.
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (if required).
Salary Monthly Salary: AUD $5,500 - $6,500, depending on experience and qualifications, plus applicable superannuation and potential performance incentives.
