Your day to day - Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture and fixtures.
Ensure that bathrooms are clean and stocked with towels, toiletries, and other essentials.
Replenish guest room supplies, including towels, linens, and amenities.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and qualified manner.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including using proper cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Attend to special requests from guests, such as providing extra pillows or blankets, or arranging for transportation or other services.
Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Business - Maintain and order supplies and equipment in a timely and productive manner while minimizing waste and maintaining “green” initiatives (example: container recycling and cleaning agents).
May maintain procedures for security of lost and found items.
Perform other duties as assigned. May also serve as Supervisor on duty as per Hotel needs.
