We are looking for a Franchise Sales Coordinator to join our team in Docklands, Victoria. This is a full-time, in office position.

In this role, you will identify potential franchisees, introduce them to the opportunity of partnering with Best Brains, and support the conversion of leads into successful partnerships. You will also guide candidates through the general process of establishing their own centre.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage with potential franchise candidates
Provide explicit, introductory information about the franchising prospect
Convert qualified leads into franchise sales
Guide candidates through the overall process of setting up their own centre
Maintain professional communication and follow-up throughout the process

Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritise effectively
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
Previous experience in franchising sales is a significant advantage
