About the Role: As Group MEP Director, you will oversee the MEP operations for a portfolio of world-class properties, ensuring the highest standards of design, maintenance, and efficiency. Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a key role in driving innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence across multiple luxury resorts and hotels.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all MEP systems and operations across the Caribbean, Central, and Latin American regions.
Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of MEP-related projects, including renovations and new developments.
Ensure compliance with international standards and best practices for energy efficiency, safety, and sustainability.




Develop and mentor regional MEP teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with property leadership to address operational challenges and optimize systems What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
Proven experience in a senior MEP leadership role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Solid project management skills with the ability to lead large-scale, multi-site projects.
Expertise in energy efficiency, sustainability practices, and creative technologies.
Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with fluency in English (Spanish is an asset). What’s on Offer:
