The Position

· Support the front‑of‑house team in delivering seamless lounge service

· Uphold high lounge presentation standards and ensure all areas remain clean, organized and welcoming

· Perform basic food preparation tasks

· Monitor and replenish buffet and beverage stations proactively

· Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests The Person

· Personal transport preferred





· Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards

· Well-presented, punctual, reliable, and trustworthy

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and productive during peak travel times

· Commitment to safety and compliance and understand the importance of secure airport operations

· Willing to go through a police check for an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
