Zanobia is a current premium Lebanese restaurant opening in Barangaroo, and we’re looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hands to join our opening team.

About the RoleAs a Kitchen Hand, you’ll play an essential role in supporting our chefs and maintaining a clean, organised, and productive kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and food preparation areas
Assist with basic food preparation as required
Receive and store deliveries
Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not essential
