There is an exciting prospect available for an experienced Hotel/Pub Duty Manager at this outstanding and beautifully presented waterfront venue in the Gold Coast. Gold Coast Tavern boasts a sophisticated, modern and stylish design, which incorporates top quality fixtures and fittings. Gold Coast Tavern offers an exceptional menu, outstanding quality food, a full suite of beverage choices and loads of entertainment and promotional activities.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated casual Duty Manager to join our team. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who leads by example, drives high standards, and takes pride in creating memorable customer experiences.

Skills and experience

The successful candidate will have the following:
Proficiency in both food and beverage management in a high calibre hotel venue with minimum two (2) years' experience is essential.
Strong understanding of gaming and TAB facilities.
Maintain a high standard of service to all patrons, while ensuring compliance with company policies, Liquor Act, Gaming Machines Act and government regulations.
Ensure smooth running of hotel operations on designated shift
