Shadowfax Winery & Restaurant, located in the prestigious Werribee Park precinct, is seeking an experienced Kitchen Hand either on a full time basis.

-38 hours per week

It’s a rapid-paced venue that offers lunch Wednesday to Sunday and dinner on Friday nights, with functions and events throughout the year.

The role involves providing support to all chefs whilst maintaining a clean and hygienic workplace.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand
Experience in a rapid-paced restaurant setting advantageous
Demonstrated organisational, time management skills
Must be able to endure the repetitive and physically demanding nature of the role
Available to work a rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays
OHS, food hygiene & safety understanding
Excellent communication & presentation
Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
Possess a positive “can do” attitude
