The Prospect

A leading global FMCG business is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join its high-performing finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, Manufacturing, this role will play a key part in supporting the organisation's largest manufacturing operation, partnering closely with site leadership to drive performance, provide commercial insight and support strategic decision-making.

This is a highly visible position offering broad exposure across manufacturing operations, budgeting,



forecasting, cost management, capital investment and continuous improvement initiatives. The role will suit a commercially minded finance qualified who enjoys partnering with operational stakeholders and influencing business outcomes beyond the numbers.

The Challenge

As Finance Business Partner, your responsibilities will include:
Partnering with site leadership to provide financial guidance and support operational decision-making
Leading the annual budgeting, forecasting and planning processes for the manufacturing site
Providing insightful analysis on financial and operational performance, identifying risks, opportunities and improvement initiatives
Monitoring and explaining manufacturing variances across labour, materials, inventory and overhead costs
Supporting the delivery of accurate month-end and
