We’re looking for an entry-level Leasing Consultant to join our friendly and supportive team. No previous real estate experience is necessary. We’ll provide the training and guidance you need to succeed.

About the role

Working alongside our property management team, you will:
Respond to enquiries from prospective tenants
Arrange and conduct property inspections
Assist applicants through the leasing process
Process rental applications and prepare documentation
Advertise available properties
Communicate with tenants, landlords and property managers
Maintain accurate records and provide general administrative support

About you

You’ll be a excellent fit if you have:
Robust communication and customer-service skills
A friendly, professional and reliable approach
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Confidence using computers and learning recent systems




A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
A real estate certificate or registration or licence
