About the role

Reporting to the National Business Manager - Food Service, you will be responsible for owning National Distributor customers, driving distribution and volume/value within the Foodservice Channel including QSR, HORECA, Petrol & Convenience, Wholesale, Industrial, and Route.

Your responsibilities will include:
Manage and grow a defined list of Distributor Accounts
Design and implement business plans and strategies to capitalise on opportunities within national Food Service channels
Negotiating terms with Key Distributors
Manage tender process by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with State Sales Leads to deliver national programs




Plan and execute all national promotional activities
Conduct regular business reviews with distributors where applicable
Plan and execute relevant trade shows

This position does not provide the ability to work from home.

About you:

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
Robust track record of success in the Food Service channel of broader FMCG industry, or closely aligned with food and hospitality
Experience in managing National Distributors
Effective negotiation, communication and organisational skills; with the ability to meet deadlines
Excellent relationship building skills
Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, commerce or another business-related discipline
Have a knowledge of Microsoft suite of products and CRM capabilities.
