Located on the historic St Hubert's Winery property in the heart of the Yarra Valley, Hubert Estate is a premier hospitality destination featuring Quarters, our 200-seat restaurant, Harriett event space, cellar door, art gallery and outdoor amphitheatre.

Harriett is home to an array of exciting events including weddings, celebrations, conferences and corporate functions. We are looking for passionate and energetic hospitality professionals to join our Events Team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for experienced Front of House Food & Beverage Attendants, Servers and Bartenders to join our friendly and energetic Events Team at Harriett.

From weddings and corporate events to celebrations and conferences, you'll play a key role in delivering memorable guest experiences in one of the Yarra Valley's premier event venues.

This exciting chance offers ongoing training, a supportive team culture and career progression opportunities across our growing hospitality group.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
At least 1 year of food and beverage experience
Availability to work evenings, late nights and weekends (essential)
Bar experience preferred, but not essential




Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
The ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
A genuine passion for hospitality
A cooperative approach and commitment to supporting your team
Reliability, professionalism and attention to detail
Current Victorian RSA certificate
