Koinonia Enterprises is looking for an experienced Data Centre / Optical Fibre Technician based in Sydney to join our team.

Koinonia supports operators, hyperscalers and Tier 1 contractors across Australia in:
Data Centre Commissioning
Rack & Stack Deployments
High-Density Fibre Infrastructure
Fibre Splicing & Testing
Structured Cabling

We deliver complex fibre and data centre infrastructure across live carrier networks, hyperscale facilities and critical telecommunications environments, where precision, compliance and reliability are essential.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Hands-on experience working in Data Centre environments
Robust experience in optical fibre cabling, installation, restoration and patching
Fibre splicing and testing




Structured cabling and high-density fibre infrastructure
Rack & Stack deployments
Fibre troubleshooting and fault rectification
Cable routing, labelling and termination
Positive understanding of Data Centre standards and protected working practices
Must be an Australian Citizen
NV1 Security Clearance is mandatory
Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
Must be based in Sydney
Willing and able to travel interstate as required for projects
Available to commence within approximately two weeks
