What You will Be DoingYou will lead the team that keeps everything moving:
Run the floor – supervise daily maintenance and keep systems operating smoothly
Own breakdown response – fix issues quick and minimise downtime
Plan ahead – drive preventative maintenance and scheduling through CMMS
Track performance – monitor system uptime and report against KPIs
Lead safety – maintain robust WHS standards and a zero-harm culture
Drive improvement – identify issues early and continuously lift performance

What You Bring
Electrical Trade or Tertiary Qualification (essential)




Low Level Controls
Proven experience leading or supervising technical teams
Strong fault-finding skills in automation or high-speed environments
A genuine Safety-First mindset
Confidence working in operational, shift-based settings

Nice to Have (Highly Regarded)
Experience with conveyors, motors, gearboxes
Exposure to Siemens PLC, SCADA, AS-i, Profibus/Profine
