Our Campsie Branch & Auburn Branch is seeking a Part‑Time/ Casual Customer Service Specialist (2–4 working days per week) to join our team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Positive, professional, and customer‑focused attitude
Excellent communication skills
Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese
Responsible, reliable, and accountable
Strong ability to work both independently and within a team




Availability for 2–4 working days per week, with mandatory shifts on Saturdays and Sundays; weekday shifts arranged as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer phone enquiries
Process and file customer documents
Complete customer requests and assist with account reconciliation
Support daily branch operations and administrative tasks
Perform daily transaction data entry and bank reconciliation
