As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Contract Administrator – Commercial to join our team. This is more than a traditional Contract Administrator role—it offers the prospect to become a key commercial partner, driving project success from procurement through to final account.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the commercial and contractual management of multiple commercial fitout projects.

Your responsibilities will include:




Managing the commercial performance of allocated projects
Administering head contracts and subcontract agreements
Preparing and managing progress claims, variations and extensions of time
Procuring and negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers
Managing project budgets, committed costs and Cost to Complete (CTC) forecasting
Monitoring project margins and identifying commercial risks and opportunities
Preparing monthly commercial reporting and forecasting
Managing subcontractor claims, payments and final accounts
Supporting project handovers from preconstruction through to delivery
Working closely with Finance on WIP, cash flow and project reporting
Maintaining commercial registers, procurement schedules and contract documentation
Supporting dispute avoidance and commercial resolution
