We're looking for an experienced

Field Scheduling Specialist to lead the coordination of hardware installations across retail locations. Working closely with field technicians, third-party contractors, customers and internal teams, you'll ensure deployments are delivered efficiently, on time and to a high standard.

What You'll Do
Coordinate field technicians and third-party contractors for retail technology installations
Manage deployment schedules, hardware logistics and project timelines
Resolve scheduling conflicts and support field teams throughout delivery
Liaise with customers to coordinate installation activities and provide updates
Monitor performance, prepare reports and identify prospects to improve scheduling processes
Work closely with project, operations and logistics teams to ensure successful deployments
Lead and support a small scheduling team

What You'll Bring




5+ years' experience in field scheduling, service coordination or resource planning
Experience coordinating field technicians, contractors or installation teams
Robust stakeholder management and customer communication skills
A background in technology, telecommunications, field services or logistics is highly regarded
Experience using scheduling or project management tools such as Asana, Zendesk, Mission Control or similar
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
