What this role will involve - Deliver support per the participant's NDIS plan (Core / Capacity Building).
Community access transport, social and recreational engagement.
Personal care, meal prep, household tasks, medication prompts where authorised.
Maintain participant records aligned to NDIS Practice Standards. What you need - NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
NDIS Worker Orientation Module completed.
First Aid + CPR current.
Driver's licence + reliable vehicle preferred.
