About the Role The Site Manager will oversee the daily operations of the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Projects include healthcare, aged care & accommodation
Responsibilities
Manage site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
Experience as a Site Manager managing Design & Construct projects within commercial construction with a main builder
Solid leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
