Our team continues to grow, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our residential Construction team in Wodonga.

The successful applicant will have an exceptional knowledge and understanding of the construction industry and be able to hit the ground running. They will be passionate about quality and enjoy working in a team setting.

We are looking for a person who is great at building relationships and has a strong ability to communicate effectively within our team, our trades and our clients.

Skills and experience
Previous experience in Construction Supervision




Trade background or construction qualifications
Valuable communication & customer service skills
Proven time management skills
Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels.
Solid understanding of current building requirements, processes, Quality Assurance and OH&S.;

Duties & Responsibilities
Monitor all trades, suppliers and subcontractor performance to deliver to timeframes and deadlines
Update on site progress
Ensure correct planning, scheduling and delivery of materials
Undertake quality control process throughout the construction process and action any defects
Solve construction issues with trades and suppliers on time
Ensure homes are built to specification, to plans, to quality standards and within timeframes and budgets
Develop strong relationships with key internal and external clients
