United Drilling Services is currently seeking experienced Drillers, Trainee Drillers and Driller Offsiders to join our growing team.

We are a family‑owned, fast‑growing drilling contractor based near Sarina, Queensland, operating a contemporary fleet of hands‑free Diamond and RC rigs.

Due to an expansion in our business, we are seeking suitable qualified Drillers, Trainee Drillers and Offsiders to join our team.

We're currently recruiting for:
Experienced Diamond and RC Drillers
Trainee Drillers
Drill Rig Offsiders

If you're skilled, safety‑focused, and ready for a long‑term opportunity, this is your chance. Driller/Trainee Driller What You'll Bring:
Must be Queensland-based
Relevant drilling qualifications, certificates, or demonstrated industry experience
Current driver's licence (HR licence highly regarded)
Ability to travel and work remote rosters: 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off, or 2 weeks on, 1 week off
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Solid commitment to safety and secure work practices




Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Offsider What You'll Bring:
Must be Queensland based.
Current driver's licence (HR Truck Licence highly regarded)
Ability to travel and work remote rosters: 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off, or 2 weeks on, 1 week off
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
Strong safety awareness and work ethic
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Permission to work in Australia
