The Role

This is a new prospect for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our fast paced, growing and highly regarded Commercial Disputes & Insolvency team in Melbourne. You will support a diverse range of clients on complex matters including commercial, property, and shareholder disputes. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in a agile and evolving practice while positioning yourself for partnership in the near future.

Who We Are Looking For The successful candidate will have 6+ years’ experience at leading commercial litigation and insolvency practices,



with substantial experience in handling complex matters independently. You will have a robust desire and ability to take on increasing responsibilities and contribute to the strategic direction of the practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for business development, the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, and have the ability to mentor junior lawyers in the team.
