West Pacific Group is looking for a construction administrator to join our team.

Immediate start for the right candidates.

Responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the preparation of Tender Packages for Submission
Obtaining certification & statutory documentation
Liaising directly with subcontractors and suppliers
Submission of required documentation at completion of projects
Preparation & submission of preliminary project documentation
Completion of relevant Local Government forms & Utilities applications
Administration support to Project Manager and Engineers
Safety Management System Documentation maintenance




Preparation of job documentation including SWMS
Administration support to management and all other staff
Other General Administration duties as required.

To be considered for this role you must be a team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. The successful candidate will possess:

Skills and Experience
Some Tendering and procurement processes
Excellent Literacy and numeracy skills
Project co-ordination / sequencing of trades understanding
Computer competency - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Project
Knowledge of WHS, QMS & EMS Management Systems highly desired
A Qualified & Confident Telephone Manner
