We're hiring a Commercial Director

Adgile is entering its next stage of growth, and we're looking for an exceptional Commercial Director to help build the commercial organisation that will underpin our future.

This is a hands-on player-coach role leading our commercial function end-to-end—growing revenue, leading Customer Success and building an AI-enabled commercial operating model that combines exceptional people, technology, automation and data.

Working alongside the CEO and executive team, you'll shape commercial strategy, influence product direction and help redefine how a up-to-date commercial organisation operates.

We're looking for an experienced B2B SaaS commercial leader who enjoys building businesses, embracing current technologies and challenging conventional ways of working to create better customer and commercial outcomes.
