We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Counsellor to join our growing team. This role involves providing high-quality, person-centred counselling services to individuals, supporting their emotional wellbeing and helping them achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Provide individual counselling and therapeutic support.
Conduct assessments and develop person-centred support plans.
Maintain accurate and confidential case notes and documentation.
Work collaboratively with participants, families, and other professionals.
Uphold ethical, professional, and evidence-based practice.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Counsellor.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of skilled boundaries and confidentiality.
Solid interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.




Current registration or membership with ACA, PACFA or AASW

Preferred
Experience working with culturally diverse communities.
Knowledge of trauma-informed and person-centred practice.
Experience in crisis intervention and risk assessment.
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
