What you’ll do:

As the friendly voice of Handy Finance, you'll play a key role in helping customers every day by:
Providing outstanding support via phone, email, and SMS
Managing inbound and outbound customer enquiries with professionalism and empathy
Preparing and maintaining accurate data for loan settlements
Assisting customers with day-to-day account and administrative enquiries
Understanding customer needs and delivering positive outcomes quickly
Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What you’ll bring:





You'll be a great fit if you have:
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A positive, friendly, and customer-first attitude
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused workplace
