We are seeking reliable, mature, trustworthy and ambitious individuals to join our team. Previous experience in a similar role will be an added bonus, however, training will be provided.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
Maintenance of files
Telephone collections of overdue unsecured loan accounts
Negotiating payment arrangements for customers
Resolving any customer queries
Meeting team monthly targets
Skip tracing

The ideal candidate required will need:
Target driven
Previous collections experience is essential – experience on unsecured debt highly desirable
Solid negotiation and problem-solving skills
Solid work ethic, organisational & time management skills and a qualified manner
The ability to work within a team as well as autonomously
Critical thinking skills
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (both oral and written)
Knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Must be available to work

Monday to Friday

8.45am - 5pm
